MINI-ARRAY sensors are available in 10 array lengths from 130 mm (5") to 1.8 m (6'), and with beams spaced at 9.5 mm (0.38") or 19 mm (0.75"). Several MINI-ARRAY controller models offer a choice of output types, including discrete (switched) and analog, plus serial data in ASCII or binary format. Heated enclosures are available for toll booth and similar outdoor applications. |

The High-Resolution MINI-ARRAY allows precise, reliable, 2.5 mm (0.10" ) resolution throughout the entire array. It features a 1.8 m (6') range with easy, forgiving alignment, and a unique TEACH setup routine that equalizes the gain of each sensing channel to the optimum level and automatically blanks any blocked areas along the length of the light curtain. A choice of 12 array heights to fit your precision measurement applications. Choose array heights from 163 mm to 1951 mm (6.4" to 76.8") to meet all your application needs, including on-the-fly sizing, profiling, precision edge and center guiding, hole detection and similar process monitoring and inspection applications. |

BEAM-ARRAY™ |
BEAM-ARRAY sensors are available in four array lengths from 300 mm (1') to 1.2 m (4'). Beam spacing of 6.4 mm (0.25") reliably detects objects as small as 11.4 mm (0.45") in cross section. BEAM-ARRAY sensors can "stand alone" to offer 0 to +10V dc analog or logic-level "trip" output. BEAM-ARRAY sensor pairs can wire to available controllers, which provide discrete (switched) and analog outputs and respond to programmed scan analysis information. |
