The PVA is designed to be placed in front of parts bins to assist an assembler or order picker with the correct part gathering sequence. The uniquely simple PVA system consists of an asynchronous emitter and receiver which can easily be interfaced to your existing process controller. The PVA may also be used as a part sensing light screen for any object larger than 35 mm (1.4") diameter. |

LS Series parts sensing light screens provide a simple, economical, and highly-reliable means of sensing small parts which pass anywhere through the sensing screen. The light screen area measures 90 mm (3.5") by the distance of separation between the emitter and receiver. Choose from three models based on the required sensing resolution. |

BMLV Series |
BMLV Series parts sensing light screens use the retroreflective sensing mode. A system consists of a single sensor used with a suitable retroreflective target which is mounted on the opposite side of the sensing area. The sensor-to-target separation may be up to 3 m (10'), when used with Banner high-grade retro tape. |
